Description

Sklar Edge™ Tungsten Carbide Strabismus Scissors provide an exceptionally durable and hard cutting edge. They are an ophthalmic dissecting instrument and are primarily used during procedures for the treatment of Strabismus, otherwise known as "cross-eyes." TC instruments are designed to stay sharp for a significantly longer period of time than other standard instruments. Sklar permanently bonds tungsten carbide inserts to the instrument, which maximizes control and precision. TC instruments are identified by gold handles. This product is straight with smooth, blunt/blunt tips and a length of 11.5cm.
