Refund/Return Policy

"Full 14 day refund for any goods deemed unsuitable for the purpose they were purchased for. Goods must be returned in new condition with all packaging and instruction manuals intact, to our Auckland warehouse."

12 month warranty applies to equipment purchases. Equipment must be used correctly; warranty will be voided if equipment is not used correctly.
